(1) After the publication of the notice specifying the date of the election in accordance with section 6 of the Act, the party wishing to participate in the election to be held in accordance with the proportional election system shall submit an application to the commission, submit the closed list of candidates, examine the closed list of candidates, correct the closed list, publish the closed list of candidates, the candidate shall It will determine the election program including withdrawing names, contesting claims on the closed list of candidates, investigating the closed list of candidates and publishing the final closed list of candidates.
(2) The commission shall register the nomination papers of the candidates for the election held in accordance with the first-past-the-post election system, publish the list of the names of the candidates whose nomination papers have been registered, file complaints against the claims of candidacy, examine the nomination papers and complaints, publish the names of the nominated candidates, It will determine the election program that includes withdrawal, publication of the final list of candidates, providing election symbols to the candidates, and the date, time and place of voting.
(3) According to sub-rules (1) and (2), the notification of the election program determined by the Commission shall be published in the Nepal Gazette.
